Screening Criteria

Please review our APPLICANT SCREENING CRITERIA prior to applying:

  • Application: Each adult 18 and older living in the home must complete a rental application and pay the corresponding application fee.
  • Credit Score: Applicants with a credit score under 600 will either be denied or subject to additional criteria such as a co-signer or double security deposit.
  • Prior Evictions: If a judgement of eviction has been entered against an applicant within the last seven (7) years, the application will be denied.
  • Income: Household monthly income must be at least three (3) times the total monthly rent.
  • Criminal Background: All applications will go through an extensive criminal background check.
